Sult na Sollán Survey
Sult na Sollán was set-up in Sallins (Na Sollán) in 2009 to promote Irish traditional music, the Irish language and Irish culture in general in the Sallins area. The group has gone from strength to strength over recent years and now has two local Irish traditional music groups playing under its wing - Sult andFonn Nua. On the third Friday of every month, one or both of these trad groups host an open traditional music session in one of the pubs in Sallins – usually in
Flanagan’s Mill or in the Railway Inn. Sult na Sollánalso run Irish language classes for adults, and run an Irish language bricfeasta as Gaeilge every Saturday morning. Further details, including contact
