Players must be signed at least 48 hours prior to taking part in a league game.
Spot checks are being carried out on match cards and clubs found in breach of registration rules will lose ties, have points deducted or be otherwise dealt with by the disciplinary committee. Forms can be downloaded from www.kdfl.ie by clicking on download forms. The form must be accompanied by the relevant fee.
Clubs are asked to consult KDFL rulebook (Rule 28 a-j) and FAI rules of the Association (Rule 34 1-5) The FAI Rule book can be down loaded on www.fai.ie.
Applications for free days must be lodged in writing (email is acceptable/no text requests accepted) at least ten days prior to the date of the proposed game. The fixtures secretary will determine whether the request will be granted. The club will be notified by email.
Clubs have recently been furnished with an up to date statement of account. All balances are now overdue. Non compliance may result in removal from cup/shield competition – Rule 55j of the KDLF Rule book applies.

The KDFL womens league team play the Defence Forces on Wednesday at the Curragh Camp (kick off 7.30pm at McDonagh pitch) in preparation for their FAI Womens Senior Cup round two game versus Caherdavin Celtic which takes place this Saturday at Mularney Park at 2pm.
The Kildare/Laois Branch of the ISRS will hold a members meeting on August 7 at the Parish Centre, Kildare Town at 8pm. All members to be in attendance.
