One of the most significant properties to go on the market is most significant being Togher House in Monasterevin, a most attractive 19th century villa set in its own private grounds in the centre of Monasterevin. Its planned to sell at auction on July 18 at the Goffs Complex in Kill.
Industry watchers suggest that as much as €10m may change hands over the coming month on the foot of property transactions in the region and this would also include the planned sale of 841 acres at Carbury with that particular sale handled by the Dublin based Campion estate agents and due for auction at their city centre saleshouse in July.
Then we will also see the same agents handle the auction of Deerpark House, which stands on 35 acres at Calverstown.
This is another period residence in a beautiful parkland setting with cutstone stables sand equestrian facilities. Goffs are joint agents with REA McDonald for this particular sale. The auction will take place on Wednesday.
It will be a busy week for Goffs Country as Thursday, June 28 will see them handle the auction of 15 acres at Cherryville near Kildare town. This is excellent quality land in grass with extensive road frontage.
Goffs Country are very active in the Kildare market at the moment and are also the agents for the planned sale by private treaty of the impressive Milden which stands on 44 acres at Oberstown.
