Naas Town Council is considering a planning application relating to a gaming arcade near the town centre.
The application is for retention of a change of use of the ground floor retail unit to a gaming arcade.
It was made by Cork-based Coalquay Leisure Ltd. in the name of a consulting engineering company at Ballincollig, Co. Cork, which is essentially the technical adviser to the application.
However the company directors are listed as Seamus Murphy and Jackie Murphy, whose address is listed as 53 Cornmarket, Cork.
The property is owned by Paul and Mary Ferris, who have consented to the application being made.
The planning notice was published in the Irish Examiner newspaper in mid-September.
Naas Town council will decide on the application in the middle of November.
In the meantime submissions from interested parties must be submitted to the town council by October 21.
