Ten patients on trolleys at Naas Hospital

Naas General Hospital

Ten patients are being treated on trolleys at Naas Hospital today – three more than yesterday. But the figure is relatively low.

Overcrowding is a much more serious problem elsewhere in the region. There are 45 patients on trolleys at Dublin’s Mater Hospital.

In Portlaoise Hospital there are 16 patients on trolleys while the figure for Tullamore Hospital is 18.
