The Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Richard Bruton TD, will open the upcoming North Kildare Chamber annual conference.
The event will take place at Killashee House Hotel on Thursday, October 24, and will run from 8am to 2pm.
The theme for this year’s conference is ‘Driving Kildare Forward’. One of its most keenly-anticipated speakers is sure to be Oliver Kelly, vice-president of Retail Global Accounts EMEA at Kerry Group, which has commenced construction on its massive new plant outside Naas.
Kildare Chamber CEO Allan Shine urged attendees to book early as last year’s conference sold out.
“We have a nice mix of speakers ranging from SMEs to large multinationals and we are delighted to have Minister Bruton open the conference,” he said.
Other speakers will include Ciaran Creen, founder and Director of Mickgarages.ie; Paul Quinn, Chief Procurement Office, Department of Public Expenditure & Reform; Peter O’Mahony Founder of Linked Finance; Ruth McEntee of YouTube; Dermot Reilly, Tax Partner with PWC and John Dunne of JF Dunne Insurances.
There will be business networking opportunities during morning registration and at lunch.
The event also encompasses a trade show of local businesses, and there are still limited spaces available for stands
Bookings can be made through the North Kildare Chamber office on 045 894074 or by emailing email@example.com.
Tickets to the conference are priced €35 for Chamber members.
