Search for missing Kilteel teenager Cormac intensifies

Cormac Clare's family have paid tribute to those who have joined the search for him.

The search for missing teenager Cormac Clare is continuing.

Mountain Rescue volunteers joined Gardai and Civil Defence volunteers as efforts to locate the 18 year old Kilteel native.

Cormac was last seen at approximately 2am on Monday, October 22.

The Naas CBS Leaving Certificate student is described as being 6 feet 1 or 2 ins. tall, of thin build with short brown hair. A garda spokesman told the Leader that the search operation, based in the community hall in Kilteel, is ongoing today (October 24).

“There have been no sightings so far nor any indication about what may have happened. The searches are coordinated and are ongoing,” the spokesman told the Leader.
