Naas rugby star to hold book signing

Geordan Murphy in Leicester colours is tackled by Ulster's Chris Henry in the Heineken Cup Pool Four at Ravenhill recently.

Naas’ own rugby star Geordan Murphy is to sign copies of his autobiography ‘The Outsider’ in the town this weekend.

The book signing will be held at Barker and Jones this Sunday, September 23, at 2pm.

All are welcome to come along and meet the recently retired rugby player, who started his career in Naas and with his old school Newbridge College.

Full-back Murphy has retired from the Irish line-up, and will probably end his career at Leicester Tigers at the end of this season.
