Naas girl's recipe for health

Holly O’Riordan from St Mary’s College in Naas was named the runner up in the junior section of a recent national competition focused on healthy eating for young people.
The finals of the Good4U Smart Chef competition for secondary school students was held on Monday, July 19, at St Angela’s College in Sligo.
Hannah Egan of St Mary’s also competed in the junior category of the competition. Both girls were under the tutelage of their home economics teacher Ms Margaret Murray.
The competition was sponsored by the Good4U Food and Drink company, and the finalists were challenged to design and cook healthy recipes.
