Fundraisers are organising a ride out for Leah.

Fundraisers are organising a ride out for Leah.

Horse riding enthusiasts are being asked to support a ride out at Ballyteague Stables on February 24 in aid of life saving treatment for little Leah Taaffe.

The six-year-old Robertstown girl has been diagnosed with a rare form of brain cancer and needs to travel to Boston for pioneering treatment. The hack out will leave the stables at 11am. Horses and ponies are welcome. The entourage will return to the stables for tea and cakes. Adults cost E20 and children cost E10. For further information contact Sheila on 086 3699642 or Frank on 086 3158458.
