Fifth edition of Tour De Foothills

The fifth edition of the popular and growing cycling challenge, the KARE Tour DeFoothills will take place on April 14 next.

Last year the event raised over €12,000 which has been spent in the support of individuals with intellectual disabilities throughout Kildare, West Wicklow and East Offaly. And organisers are hoping that this year shall be as successful.

The event is held in conjunction with Naas Cycling Club and Naas GAA. The routes are 60kms and 100kms from Naas GAA up through and around the beautiful scenery of the Blessington hills and lakes.

All rides start and finish at Naas GAA Club house. The 100km and 60 kms start at 10am and the 20km starts at 12 noon. For more information, see www.karetourdefoothilld.com
