There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death of a Naas woman earlier this week.

Thirty year old Josephine (Jojo) Dunne was found dead at her Lacken View home in the Ballycane area of Naas on Monday last, October 28.

The discovery led to a garda investigation but a garda spokesman told the Leader that this is normal procedure in the event of a sudden and unexpected death.

A post mortem examination carried out at Tallaght Hospital on Tuesday revealed that foul play was not suspected as a cause of death.

In recent weeks Tallaght Hospital has been used for all post mortems instead of Naas Hospital.

Ms. Dunne is survived her parents Lizzie and Alan and her children Dylan, Nicole and Michael as well as grandmother Annie.

Her funeral will take place to St. Corban’s Cemetery, Naas, on Friday November 1 following a funeral mass at the Church of the Irish Martyrs, Ballycane, at 12.15pm.
