Two Mile House National School has submitted a planning application for the contruction of a new building containing several new rooms.

The Board of Management of the Naas school lodged the plans to Kildare County Council on 11 June. Three 80 square metre classrooms will be built in a single story building. These will replace the current pre-fabricated classrooms on site. A learning support room and a staffroom will also be built if permission is granted for the plans. A decision is due to be made by 5 August and submissions will be accepted until 15 July.
