Don’t worry if you miss today’s performance at 3pm as the event will be staged at the same time tomorrow, Saturday August 17. Herbert Lodge’s Berna Hayden told the Leinster Leader that the performers are of the highest quality with Kildare’s own Philip Scott singing on home turf.

The show will also feature Sophie O’Carroll, Iseult Hannigan and brothers Samuel and Daniel Allen, who attended the Herbert Lodge summer school but carried out their training in Russia. The proms take place in the Osborne centre.
