Chinese currency taken in Newbridge burglary

A sum of Chinese currency has been taken from a house in Newbridge.

On Wednesday, August 2, a house a The Grove, Liffey Hall, was burgled.

Gardai in Kildare said a substanial sum of money was taken, including some Chinese currency.

Entry to the house was via the rear door sometime between 11.00 am and 3.00pm when the owner was not present.
