There are four vital senior hurling championship games down for decision this weekend, starting this evening, Friday 16 August, continuing tomorrow with two games and the final one on Sunday evening.

This evening (Friday) in the ‘losers group’ Maynooth take on Leixlip in Celbridge in a game that has a 7.15 throw-in.

On Saturday there are two games down for decision. both in the ‘winners group’.

The first game sees last year’s finalists, Confey and Celbridge clash in what promises to be a cracking game. It takes places in Clane with a 4.30 throw-in, while the second game in the same group sees Coill Dubh play bottom of the table Naas, this game takes place in Ardclough and has a 6.15 pm throw-in.

The final SHC game of the weekend is in the ‘losers group’ where table toppers Éire Óg Corrachoill take on Clane in Naas with a 6.15 throw-in.
