Kildare have reported a clean bill of health ahead of tomorrow’s 4th Round Qualifier against Sligo in Roscommon which has a 6.30 throw-in, writes TOMMY CALLAGHAN.

The Kildare team is expected to be the same that started last week’s game against Limerick in Portlaoise. Padraig O’Neill who did so well when introduced in the second half, is definitely pushing for a start but will probably begin on the bench while Ollie Lyons who came off injured in the extra time of that game should be fit to take his place.

A crowd in excess of 15,000 is being anticipated for Saturday’s encounter.

Meanwhile Croke Park have announced that the draw for the All Ireland quarter finals will be made live on RTE Ratio 1 on Saturday after the coverage of the Qualifiers which should be around 8.30 pm or so.

There will be two bowls for the draw, the first will hold the four provincial winners with the four winners from the Qualifiers in bowl 2.

Teams that have already met in a provincial final cannot meet again in the quarters, in other words Meath, if successful against Laois cannot meet Dublin in the quarters with the same applying to Down and Donegal.
