Four make debut as Kildare name team to play Offaly
Four players will make their senior championship debuts for Kildare when they take on Offaly in the Leinster SFC quarter final at Croke Park, Saturday, 1 June, writes TOMMY CALLALGHAN.
The four that Kieran McGeeney and his selectors have named are goalkeeper Mark Donnellan; midfielder Daniel Flynn, wing forwards Paul Cribbin and Niall Kelly and corner man Paddy Brophy.
The team also sees the return to first team of action of Daryl Flynn while wearing the captain’s armband along with the no. 6 shirt will be Naas’ Eamonn Callaghan.
