Moores, Clane draw in thriller

A point from Adam Tyrrell in the 61 minute earned Moorefield a draw against Clane in a thrilling SFC game tonight (Sunday) at St.Conleth’s. Final score Clane 1-16 Moorefield 1-16. Sarsfields came from behind to defeat Leixlip in the SFC at St. Conleth’s Park on a score line of Sarsfields 1-17 Leixlip 1-11.

Sarsfields came from behind to defeat Leixlip in the SFC at St. Conleth’s Park on a score line of Sarsfields 1-17 Leixlip 1-11.

Allenwood recorded a fine win over Monasterevan in Newbridge by a comfortable six points in the SFC. Level at the break, The Blues after going 2 down upped their game keeping M’evin scoreless for the final 29 plus minutes.

St, Laurence’s, after dominating the opening half led Ballymore by nine points but finally won by a mere two points after Ballymore scored two goals, including a late penalty.

Meanwhile n the Joe Fox IFC Raheens withstood a late Castledermot rally to record a one point win at St. Conlelth’s Park on Saturday afternoon.

Kildare hurlers and a magnificent one point win over Wicklow in the Christy Ring replay.
