Six members of the All Ireland Junior Premier winning camogie team have picked up prestigious ‘Soaring Stars’ Awards for their performances.
Aoife Trant and Angela Lyons receive awards at full and wing back respectively while midfielder Orla Bambury, forwards Clodagh Flanagan, Siobhan Hurley and top scorer Susie O’Carroll complete the line up.
Kildare doubled up on titles this year winning both the Leinster and All Ireland titles and they narrowly missed out on a remarkable treble losing out in the League Final.
The winners were announced on Monday and the awards will be presented at a black tie event at Citywest on November 2nd.
