With the resumption football championship down for decision in two weeks time, this weekend sees the final of the senior football leagues in Division 1, 2 and 3.

In the Leinster Leader SFC Division 1, Moorefield take on new boys at this level, Confey, in what could be a great game of football.

The action throws-in at 5 pm at St. Conleth’s Park and is preceded by the Tom Cross SFL Division 3 final between Two Mile House and Ballykelly.

Meanwhile on Friday evening, again at St. Conleth’s, it is the turn of Round Towers and Raheens to fight it out for Division 2 honours in the Keadeen Hotel decider.

These teams have been locked together at the top of Division 2 the whole season and while Raheens got the better of the Kildare town boys when they clashed earleir in the season, this one has all the hall marks of one that can go down to the wire.

Both are already promoted to Division 1 for next season but both will be anxious to record victory with the championship on the way the following weekend.

Throw-in for this one is 7.15.
