Rathangan are the first team into the IFC quarter final following their two point win over Sallins in Round 2 this evening (Friday) at St. Conleth’s Par k, Newbridge.
Trailing by three points at the interval (1-5 to 0-5) Rathangan took control around the middle on the resumption going on to win on a score line of Rathangan 0-12 Sallins 1-7.
Elsewhere the in the JFC, Clogherinkoe defeated 13 man Grangenolvan 1-9 to 0-8 while also in the JFC Rathcoffey got the better of Cappagh on a score line of Rathcoffey 2-4 Cappagh 0-7.
