The Kildare CCCC have ruled that a play-off game involving Éire Óg Corrachoill and Leixlip be played following Clane’s failure to field a team against Leixlip in Round 3 of the SHC on Sunday last.

Clane and Éire Óg Corrachoill ended up level on points following the group stages and while scoring difference then comes into play it has been decided that a play-off game be played instead. These two teams have already drawn in their group game.

The play-off game is due to take place on Thursday (23 August) in Naas at 7 pm with Fergus Devereaux due to take charge.
