Kildare will take on Galway in Salthill

KILDARE’S winner takes all game against Galway on Easter Sunday has been moved to Pearce Stadium in Salthill, writes Ruth O’Brien.

The game was due to be played in Tuam Stadium, however following a meeting of the Galway County Board last night (Monday) the final round division 2 clash will now be played at the Galway City venue.

A win or a draw will see Kildare promoted and in to the Division 2 final where they would meet unbeaten Tyrone, while a win would see Galway return to the top flight.
