There is just no stopping Athy at the minute as they keep up their relentless winning run in the Leinster Leader SFL Division 1 campaign with a comfortable win over Leixlip on Saturday evening last.

Elsewhere Moorefield disposed of Sarsfields, recording a comfortable 11 point win while Naas, who are enjoying a great run at the moment had a fine victory over Monasterevan that keeps them in fourth place.

Celbridge don’t play until Wednesday when they take on Raheens as it seems with just three games remaining the honours rest with Athy, Celbridge, Moorefield and Naas.

At the bottom of the table St. Kevin’s picked up a valuable point against St. Laurence’s which now sees The Larries fall to the bottom of the table.
