Actress and author Amy Huberman will present the best dressed lady at this year’s Punchestown National Hunt festival with the keys to a brand new Range Rover Evoque.
Land Rover was on on Wednesday announced as the sponsor of this year’s best dressed competition, in a deal which replaces the festival’s previous association with Coast.
The winner of the inaugural Land Rover Style Award, which will be judged on Friday, May 2, will win the use of the Range Rover for the year.
Ms Huberman, who is a Land Rover brand ambassador, launched the Style Award this week as she took delivery of her own new Range Rover Evoque.
Punchestown is inviting best dressed competition entrants to have a fresh look at the concept of style at the races, and will be encouraging racegoers to stand out with their own unique poise and flair.
Welcoming the announcement, Liam Holton, Punchestown Marketing Director said “We are delighted to host the Land Rover Style Award at the Punchestown Festival. Together we will be encouraging ladies to rethink conventional race day style and to take a fresh look at what it takes to win an award like this. Like the wonderful prize, the emphasis will be on standing out from the crowd and being more than a pretty face”.
