Fr Denis Doyle’s Diamond Jubilee

Fr Denis Doyle’s Diamond Jubilee

The town’s former curate and former Naas Hospital Chaplain, Fr Denis Doyle is celebrating his Diamond Jubilee of the Priesthood at this time. What a wonderful achievement. Very few people get to celebrate 60 years of commitment to marriage or priesthood. It is a truly joyous occasion. The community will celebrate this great commitment at the 11am Mass on Sunday June 24 in the Church of the Irish Martyrs, Ballycane. All are welcome to join with Fr. Denis who will be in attendance at this mass.

The celebration will consist of a mass of thanksgiving for the life and 60 years of service which Fr. Denis gave to the priesthood and to the people of God. There will be cup of tea for everyone afterwards.

Heartfelt thanks is extended to Fr. Denis for his unselfish and loving service and he is wished every blessing for good health and happiness in his retirement.
