A huge thank you to our special guest speakers Peter Kelly and Jack O’ Connor and to all our speakers on the night Fran Miller, Alan Kenny, Noel Mooney, JJ Grace, Paddy Byrne, Ann Hughes, Eoin O’ Neill, Kevin Casey and of course M.C for the night John Kissane. Thanks to the Clanard Court Hotel and all their staff for all their assistance before and on the night. Easter egg hunt

Our Easter egg hunt was a great success in Dollardstown wood this year. We would like to thank everyone involved and everyone who helped on the day. A very special thank you to the Easter bunny for making a special guest appearance on the day.

Club lotto

There was no winner of Grangenolvin Lotto Jackpot of €3,100 and the numbers drawn were 12, 22, 23, 24. The €20 winners - Natasha and Emma Vonway, Mark Lambe , Yoomi Miller, Maurice Cullen and Cyndi Kelly Millhouse.

Underage training

Training for children aged 4 – 12 years of age every Saturday morning from 11 – 12 in grange pitch. New players welcome. Refreshment provided for all children and tea or coffee and a chat for the parents. Call down Saturday all welcome.

Men’s training

Training for Adult men continues on Tuesday and Thursday at 7.30pm. New members welcome.

Walking/exercise women’s group

The Grange walking/exercise group has generated great interest. People have been turning out in good numbers. For information regarding same please contact Sabrina Dooley on 087/3220792.

22nd April - 9:00am Narraghmore HC, 10:10am Kinneagh Family service followed by tea, 11:30am Timolin HC. 29th April - 10:00am Narraghmore MP (traditional) followed by tea, 11:30am Timolin MP, 7:30pm Castledermot Healing Service.

Monday evening meetings

We continue to meet on Monday evenings from 8:00pm – 9:00pm in Timolin School to discuss the Mothers Union study series “We are Created by God: Exploring our identity and relationships”. We will consider the following: 23rd Apr – Being widowed; 30th Apr Lesbian & Gay sexuality; 7th May - Lesbian & Gay sexuality.

Walking group

The Walking Group meets on Monday and Wednesday evenings at the High Cross Inn at 8:00pm. Participants are invited to donate one euro a night in support of St Brigid’s Hospice Kildare.

Golf Society
