Moone Timolin

Confirmation On Sunday the 11th of March four of our young people, Alley Stanley, Josh Miller, Cian Moody and Andrew Hawkins were confirmed by Archbishop Michael in Athy Parish church. I would like to thank Rev. Cliff and the parishioners of Athy for their hospitality. At the service the candidates were presented with a prayer book as well as a What would Jesus do? arm band. Each of the candidates, as part of their preparations wrote a letter to themselves outlining where they would see themselves in six months time. Hopefully when they receive the letters in September they will have grown in their commitment to God and Confirmation will have marked a new beginning in terms of their relationship with God and will not have become a graduation ceremony from the church.
