First Holy Communion

Congratulations and Best Wishes to the children in 2nd class Ballyshannon National School who received their First Holy Communion in Suncroft Parish Church on Sunday May 6 - Tom Bohan, Sean Connor, Líle Cramer, Abigail Finnegan, Daniel Glancy, Dean Kelly, Alana King, Caoimhe Lynch, Neasa O’Donnell, Zoe O’Toole, Ronan Rafferty, Clara Rock, Sophie Ryan, Charlie Swan, and Aoife Tyrrell.

New Mass Timetable

St. Joseph’s Church, Ballymount - Sunday morning Mass at 8-30am.

St. Ita’s, Kilmead Sunday morning Mass 10.30am.

Church of the Blessed Trinity, Moone Sunday at 12 noon.

The late Kitty McCall

The death occurred of Kitty McCall, late of Calverstown House, Calverstown on Saturday April 28th att Craddockstown Nursing Home, Naas. Kitty died peacefully after a long illness bravely borne and was beloved wife of the late Capt. John Peter McCall and dear mother of Phillippe and Kim, grandmother of Peregrine and Glen, beloved mother-in-law of Button and Mireille to whom we express sincere condolences. Cremation took place in Newlands Cross Crematorium on Wednesday last and the Service was by Dr. John Marsdon.

Suncroft NS

Suncroft National School are open for enrolments and have a limited number of places available. Enrolment forms can be obtained from the school by ringing 045 441041 or calling to the school during office hours 9.00 a.m. to 12.00”

Suncroft Foroige Club

Crochta na Gréine le Chéile Foroige club,Suncroft meet every Friday evening in Suncroft school. It caters for young people from 12 years to 18. The aim of the club is to bring young people together in a fun environment and encourage them to become active in their own community. They welcome new members.

Suncroft Soccer Club

Training takes place every tuesday and thursday evenings at 7pm in Community Grounds, Suncroft and new members welcome. Membership fee is set at €50 payable before season starts.

Premier School Of Dancing

The Premier School of Dancing hold classes in Ballyshannon Hall - Adult Reflex, gentle and whole body exercises, and Ballet Classes. Childrens classes include Ballet and Tap. For further information contact 045 485369.
