Give rugby a try for just €10 at one of Athy Rugby Club’s two day camps, which run from 9.30am to 1.30pm each day.

No previous rugby experience required and these are open to all boys and girls aged from 6 years up who want to try rugby in a safe, controlled environment under the guidance of IRFU accredited coaches. Gumshields are essential and the camps will be held at: Ballylinan - St Patrick’s National School, on July 24 and 25. Moone Celtic Pitches on August 7 and 8. All-Weather Pitch at School Complex at Tomard, Athy on August 14 and 15.

The Club’s Annual Summer Camp will be held from August 20 - 24 at the Athy Rugby Club grounds from 9.30am to 1.30pm. No previous Rugby experience is required and all boys and girls from 6 - 12 years of age are welcome. Gumshields are required.

The hugely popular Little Athletics Programme will return this year for boys and girls aged from 4 to 7 years.This will run in conjunction with the Summer Speed Sessions for 8 - 12 year old boys and girls. This will involve Fun exercises aimed at developing the speed, agility and quickness. All are welcome and both programmes will run in the Showgrounds between 7pm and 8.15pm over eight consecutive Thursdays from July 5 to August 23.
