Naas Credit Union has announced ‘Same Day Money Transfer’ services for mobile and online banking customers, writes Paul O’Meara.

The Credit Union has partnered with Wellington IT Solution to introduce its range of ‘CU’ products.

Manager Sean Murray said he expects these to revolutionise the way members engage with the Credit Union movement.

He said this will help Naas CU to attract new and younger members who did not previously consider their local CU as a viable alternative to the Irish banks.

Naas Credit Union was one of the first in Ireland to become part of the Irish Clearing System, thereby giving its members the best available domestic clearing speeds.

Established in 1968, Naas Credit Union is not-for-profit.

Members of NCU can access their accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week through its website.
