CARAGH-based furntiure designers Tim and Sean Dunleavy will showcase the latest in their contemporary furniture collection at Cheltenham’s Celebration of Craftsmanship and Design over August 18-27.

It is three years since the Dunleavy Brothers first opened their studio doors in Caragh and they have made their mark in the world of bespoke furniture. They have won awards such as the Craftsmanship Award at Showcase Ireland 2010, the RDS National Craft Competition’s furniture category 2011. They were selected for the prestigious Irish Craft Portfolio in 2011 and one of their creations is in the Ulster Museum’s collection. The Celebration of Craftsmanship and Design exhibition has become the leading exhibition of high quality bespoke furniture in the UK and Ireland attracting visitors from around the world.

Dunleavy Bespoke are also in the running for an award at Cheltenham which recognises those that push the boundaries of innovation, skill and perfection. The made-to-comission hand sculpted ‘’Helix Side table’’, is the latest in a series of pieces in the Dunleavy’s collection.

Their work will also feature in the Selfbuild and Improve Your Home Show at Citywest on September 14–16.
