Students from a local drama school participated in a Christmas performance at the Moat Theatre, Naas, featuring a selection of plays.
The students, ranging in age from 5 to 13 years, performed a number of classics including The Wizard of Oz, Matilda, Snow White and Toy Story.
The participants are members of the Carol Gleeson School of Drama.
Carol Gleeson said: “The children have all worked very hard over the past few weeks and I’m absolutely thrilled for them to have performed so brilliantly and received such a fantastic response for the audience.”
Some 60 children took part in the performance and Ms. Gleeson said the experience would boost their confidence and teach the children discipline as well as providing a “creative platform on which to grow.”
