A programme of events featuring familiar favourites is in store at Naas’ Moat Theatre over the next few weeks.
The great Joe Dolan knew how to put on a show, and his brother Ben, knows how to tell his story perfectly. That’s why this January, Ben, his daughter Sandra, Karen and The Dolans, plus the original Joe Dolan backing band, are back for a fourth and final time in The Moat. It’s for one night only, Friday January 24, so don’t miss out on some of your favourite Joe hits performed live.
Another must for music lovers is Jack L on his Great Wall of China tour. His brand new track, of the same title, is guaranteed to feature on the night plus a sample from his 27 Club tour and more from his back catalogue. Tickets are in limited supply for this concert.
Dominic Kirwan is celebrating 25 years performing and entertaining on tour this year. Catch his on stage on Saturday February 1 for one night of musical magic.
And if you want a bit of magic for all the family, The Lambert Puppet Theatre presents Snow White on Sunday February 2. Famous for bringing you Bosco, join the famous theatre company for a great puppet performance for all the family.
It is a beautifully-produced show with large puppets, colourful sets and exquisite lighting and is suitable for an age group up to ten years of age.
And finally, brace the Antarctic with Tom Crean and his incredible story onstage.
As his tale is now being taught in schools as part of curriculum, why not take your child to see the story on stage and give them an experience of theatre and history?
Crean is one of the few men to serve with both Scott and Shackleton and to survive the three famous expeditions.
The Moat is delighted to have Tom Crean – Antarctic Explorer in The Moat on Tuesday 4 February.
