On a whirlwind tour of the grounds on Tuesday the Leinster Leader spoke to Jenny Wren who is the main woman behind the Body & Soul area.
“Every year I am really excited to be here,” she said. “This year we have three stages and acts from around the world will play here.”
Production Manager Liam McCarthy said the festival requires the same amount of power to run a big town.
“we have 1,000 lights and 20 PA systems,” he said. “But it is eco-friendly. The major challenge is the weather but luckily it has been a very dry summer.”
And seating has been added to the main stage arena for the first time to provide a welcome rest for weary festival feet.
