GERRY Brennan originally from Kilcullen Road, Naas but now living in Boston and owner of the Thirsty Scholar Pub which featured in The Social Network movie is pictured with Taoiseach Enda Kenny at Dublin Airport.

Gerry and his family have been living in Boston for over 30 years. His wife Marian Merrins is originally from Two Mile House. He was owner of the multiple award winning Brendan Behan pub in Jamaica Plain, Boston, which is known to many Irish people who have lived in or visited the city.

Mr. Brennan who has also received a business award from the Mayor of Boston, returns home often to visit his family here.

Also in the picture is their youngest son Conor and their middle son Killian.
