EDDIE Kane recently met Christy Moore at a gig in the Ryston Sports and Social Club, Newbridge.

The thirteen year old son of Tony and Margaret Kane lives in Allenwood North and attends St. Farnan’s Post Primary School, Prosperous.

He has two sisters Brid and Brona and has himself been playing guitar and singing since the age of 9.

A Christy Moore fan, Eddie has played at the Moat Theatre, Naas; the Ballyknockan Inn in West Wicklow and in Coill Dubh.
