Monasterevan Credit Union School Quiz

Will be held in St Pauls School on Monday 4 February. All school in the area will have teams partaking on the night.

Enrolments Scoil Eimhin Naofa

Parents who wish to enroll their children in September may do so from Monday 28 January to Friday 1 February inclusive. Please bring childs State Birth & Baptismal Certificates.Parents/Guardians are encouraged to bring their child when making enrolment application.

Monasterevin Senior Citizens Dinner and Party

The do was held in Clonard Court Hotel Athy on Sunday 20 January and was attended by approx 200 peopleAll enjoyed a beautiful meal ,a free raffle and a great evening of singing and dancing. Sister Mary Rose and Fr Johnny Foster cut the cake as the oldest representives from Monasterevin. Great credit is due to the hard working committee for organising the day and the bus to take the people there.

Monasterevin OG AGM

The Monasterevin Og AGM took place on January 17th. Following an incredibly successful year ,the outgoing Chairperson Damien Coughlan paid tribute to the mentors, players, committee and all individuals who contributed to the success in the past year. The secretary and treasurers reports for the year were given by Dominic Stapleton. The newly elected officers for the coming year are as follows:

Chairman - Noel Carroll; Vice - Chairman - Stephen Morrissey; Secretary and Treasurer - Dominic Stapleton; Committee - Alan Brennan, Derek Lavin, Paul Gorman, Anne Prendergast, Catriona Bannon, Derek Foran, Aidan Prendergast, Mick Foley, Sandra Lavin, mark Clifford

Training for all underage will commence on March 1 at 6.30pm

Dinner Dance

The club dinner dance will take place in the Keadeen Hotel on 9th March. Music by Vegas Nights. Tickets 40 euro available now from Earleys Fashion shop or Josie 086 8769475. Come help the club celebrate a monumentous year.
