Emer helps Nepal Children

Edenderry Girl Emer Doyle raised a total of €2,000 which was collected in Edenderry and she used the money to help the children from the Orphanages in Nepal. While she was in Nepal she witnessed children sleeping on boards and the only clothes that they had was the ones on their backs.

Emer bought mattresses, blankets, clothes, shoes, sacks of rice and a goat which helped to make life a little better.

The generosity of the people of Edenderry was once again very evident and made such a difference in the lives of the children of Nepal.

Sincere thanks to everyone who contributed to the collections.
