Sallins GAA Lotto results for Monday 26/3/12. Draw was held in The Bridgewater Inn and the Jackpot was €1,350. The numbers drawn were 15, 24 and 33. There was no winner. The €40 winners drawn on the night were: Cian Lindsay, Martin Pender, Sarah Mc Cormack, Simon Behan and Karl Mc Cafferty. Our next draw will be on Monday 2nd April 2012 in The Mill and the Jackpot will be €1450.
Support Group
Midlands Support Group - For Family and Friends Affected by Suicide. Our confidential support group, recently established in conjunction with HOPE(D) welcomes people from all areas in Kildare.
We meet the first Wednesday of each month at the Aras Building (beside Fas) Main Street, Newbridge at 8pm.
Our aim is to connect with people where members can share experiences, advice or just listen providing sympathetic understanding towards one another.
For people who have lost a loved one to suicide and would like to connect with others who have gone through the same experience please feel free to come along.

Golf competition
KARE Open Golf Competition - Want to spend some of the Easter weekend playing one of Ireland greatest courses for a knockdown fee while supporting a great local charity!!?? KARE Open Golf Competition will take place in the Curragh Golf Club on Saturday 7th & Sunday 8th April. The price is €10 for members of the Curragh and €15 for visitors. All proceeds in aid of KARE. Irish Blood Transfusion Services
The local organiser of the Irish Blood Transfusion Services, Cllr Willie Callaghan would like to remind donors that the clinic will visit Naas on Tuesday 10th & Wednesday 11th 2012
The clinic will be located at the Scoil Bhríde on the Sallins Road Naas.
Please note new clinic times: Tuesday 5.30pm to 8.30pm and Wednesday 5pm to 8.30pm.
New Donors are very welcome and in particular O Rh Negative and A Rh Negative donors as these blood groups comprise of 8% and 5% of the population respectively and are always in high demand.

Sallins Celtic
Sallins Celtic:Training will move back to the pitch shortly and mid-week games for our 11-a-side teams should also commence soon. We are also looking for players from age 6 up to 9 – please contact club secretary Mark Donegan at 086-8971238.
